To secure your seat in the training class, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total training fee is required at the time of booking. This deposit confirms your commitment to attend the training on the specified date.

2. Remaining Payment:
The remaining 50% of the training fee must be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled training date. Failure to make the payment within the specified timeframe may result in the forfeiture of your reserved seat, and the deposit will not be refunded.

3. Deposit Refund:
The 50% deposit is only refundable if a cancellation request is received within 7 days of booking and purchasing the training. After this period, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your training, you must notify us in writing at least 7 days before the scheduled training date. In such cases, your 50% deposit will be refunded. However, cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the training date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

5. Training Date Changes:
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel training classes due to unforeseen circumstances, such as insufficient enrollments or instructor availability. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative training dates or offer a full refund of the deposit.

6. Training Materials and Certificates:
Upon successful completion of the training course, you will receive training materials and a certificate. The distribution of these materials and certificates is contingent upon fulfilling all payment obligations.

7. Liability:
We shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expenses incurred during or as a result of participating in the training course. Participants are responsible for their personal safety and well-being during the training sessions.
